What you get
The Blue Collar Pay software — pricing engine, commission engine, Labor Intelligence, reports and the field tools. If you buy the Company Build, I also build the nine items on the Build page with you.
Trying it
If you sign up yourself, you get 30 days free from sign-up. No card. Near day 30, I'll reach out to see if you want to keep going.
Billing
- The Company Build is $1,500, invoiced through QuickBooks.
- Build clients get 30 days free starting at go-live. After that, $150/mo is set up as automatic payment in QuickBooks.
- If you signed up yourself and keep going after 30 days, it's $150/mo, set up the same way.
- No payments run through this website.
Your price
Once you're paying $150/mo, that price doesn't go up as long as you stay.
Cancelling
Call or email me. There's no contract and no cancel button. I stop the QuickBooks autopay before your next charge. There are no refunds for part of a month.
Your data when you leave
Ask, and I'll send you a spreadsheet of your numbers plus your period reports as PDFs. Your data is deleted from BCP 30 days after you leave, so ask for your copy before then.
Your numbers, your decisions
BCP does the math from what you enter. You set your prices and your techs' pay. Check the numbers before you pay anyone.

Changes
If these terms change, I'll email you before they take effect.
