Your first 30 days

Four Weeks. Then You're Running It.

Two ways to run the first 30 days. Pick the one that matches how you sign up — the weeks are the same either way. Each week ends when its "done" is true.

Company Build · $1,500

If I'm building it with you

The clock starts the day your numbers land in my inbox.

Week 1 · Your Company

One 60-minute intake call. You fill in Step 1 (your year, your team, time off & benefits, company time) and send me the documents below. Done when Setup shows a burden rate for every division.

Week 2 · Labor Packages

Your ladder gets priced above your floors. We hold a walkthrough call at the end of the week: you see every number and where it came from, and we adjust live. Before the date your new prices start, update the price book in your CRM so the office and the field quote the same numbers.

Week 3 · Team Training

A live session with your crew on the ladder, picking the package, the SDM, contract guidelines and how pay works. Scorecard emails set. CRM mapping or your Jobber connection switched on.

Week 4 · Your first period

We close your first real commission period side by side, before anyone gets paid. You see where every dollar came from.

Do it yourself · $150/mo

If you're doing it yourself

Your 30 free days start when you sign up.

Week 1 · Your Company

Open Your Company and fill in Step 1: your year, your team, time off & benefits, and company time. Have your P&L, payroll register, crew roster and price list in front of you. You're done when Setup shows a burden rate for every division.

Week 2 · Labor Packages

Open Labor Packages and price your ladder above your floors. Go through every number and where it came from, and adjust until you'd stand behind it. Before the date your new prices start, update the price book in your CRM so the office and the field quote the same numbers.

Week 3 · Team Training

Walk your crew through the Team Training page: the ladder, picking the package, the SDM, contract guidelines and how pay works. Set up your scorecard emails. Map your packages to your CRM price book. On Jobber? Book a call and we'll connect it.

Week 4 · Your first period

Run your first commission period in Run Payroll. Read the result and check every number before you pay anyone. Then email the scorecards.

Questions along the way: the Help page in your portal, or book a call.

What You Send Me.

Building it with me? Nothing you don't already have. Doing it yourself? Have the same documents in front of you. If the books are messy, send them messy — sorting that out is part of the build.

P&L — last full year, plus year-to-date
Balance sheet — end of last year, plus today
Payroll register — what each tech actually costs
Credit card statements — every business card
Chart of accounts — from your books
Tech & crew roster — who runs a truck, who rides along, with pay rates, schedule, PTO and company time
Equipment list — what you own and what it cost
Current price list — however rough it is
A recent sales report — export from your CRM
20 working days of jobs — a job log or export with labor dollars, plus tech timesheets

Every Period, The Same Checklist.
