The short version
We keep your company's numbers so the software can do its math. We never sell them. I'm the only person who can get into client accounts, and only to support you.
What we keep
- Your company's numbers: expenses, staff names and pay rates, crews, commission periods, package prices, and the reports built from them.
- Your sign-in email, and the name and company you gave when you signed up.
- If you connect ServiceTitan: its connection keys, stored in your account so the engine can pull your sales and hours. Ask me and I'll remove them.
What we don't keep
- Your password. Supabase's sign-in handles it — I never see it.
- Card or bank numbers. Billing runs through QuickBooks, not this website.
- W-2s, Social Security numbers and uploaded files are never stored on the site. If you send me documents for your build, I use them only to build your numbers.
Who can see it
- Your company, through your login.
- Me — Robert Kemp — only to support you. I'm the only person with access to the database and the hosting.
- Each company sees only its own data. The database enforces that, not just the screen.
Services that help run BCP
A few services run parts of the software. Each one gets only what it needs:
- Supabase — stores your data and handles sign-in.
- Netlify — hosts the website, and receives the demo request form if you fill it out.
- Resend — delivers the emails you send from BCP (reports and scorecards), and my notice when someone signs up.
- Anthropic (Claude) — writes the plain-English reads on Period History and Package Audit. It gets your company name and your period totals or package prices — no one's name.
- Google — the market lookup in the Pricing Advisor sends a zip code and a trade.
- U.S. Census — the "Check my market" lookup sends a zip code.
- ServiceTitan — only if you connect it. The engine asks it for your sales and hours.
- Cal.com — if you book a call, it gets what you type into the booking form.
Never sold
We don't sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising.
How it's protected
- The whole site runs on HTTPS.
- Your data is stored with Supabase, encrypted.
- It's backed up daily, and each backup is kept for 7 days.
AI tools
I use AI tools, including Claude, to help build your numbers and to build and test BCP. Your documents and data may be processed by those tools. Test copies are kept on my computer only, never on the website.
When you leave
Ask, and I'll send you a spreadsheet of your numbers plus your period reports as PDFs. Your data is deleted from BCP 30 days after you leave.
