Blue Collar Hats — Jobsite to Elk Camp
Richardson 112 trucker, leather patch, six colors.
Can you leave for a week and your business still runs without you?
Hunting season is here. A lot of owners will miss it again. Not because they can't get away, but because the business can't run without them.
They're answering the phone at camp. Or they're not at camp at all.
I ran a sprinkler company for 18 years. Every price, every payroll question, every "what do I charge for this?" came back to me. That isn't owning a business. It's owning a job that never clocks out.
What changed it was getting the numbers out of my head and into a system.
When pricing is set, techs quote the job without calling you.
When pay is tied to production, they know what they earn and why.
And they start running the work like owners.
That's why we built Blue Collar Pay. Clear numbers. Clear pay. A business that keeps moving while you're in the woods.
Work hard. Lead well. Get out of the truck and get your life back.
