The Company Build · $1,500 one-time

I Build Your Numbers.
You Run Your Company.

The software is the easy part — you can start it free today. The hard part is the thing underneath it: what a tech-day actually costs you, and what every package on your price list has to sell for to clear it. Most owners never finish that work. So I do it with you — on your P&L, your payroll, your equipment, your CRM. Thirty days. One time. Then it's yours.

$1,500 ONE-TIME BUILD THEN $150/MO LIVE IN 30 DAYS BUILT BY ROBERT — NOT A SUPPORT TEAM

This Isn't A Setup Fee.

A setup fee is what companies charge you to turn on their software. This is different. What you're buying is a price book engineered off your own costs — and the pay structure that runs on top of it. The software is just where it lives.

Nobody hands you those numbers. They come out of your P&L, your payroll register, your truck and equipment costs, your real billable-hour ratio. Then every package on your list has to be priced above that floor with enough cushion left to pay a tech well and still hit your profit target. That's a day's worth of math you've probably been putting off for three years.

I did this work for 18 years in my own company before I ever wrote a line of software. The build is me doing it again — with your numbers in front of me.

What Actually Gets Built.

Every one of these is a live, working part of your account when we're done — not a PDF.

What I'm not promising you: Photo Quote — the tool that reads a job photo and prices it out of your ladder — is in live pilot, not finished. The direct ServiceTitan sync is in onboarding with them, not switched on. Both are included when they land, at no extra cost, and build clients test them first. But your build is priced and delivered on the ten items above, all of which work today. I'd rather you buy what's real and be surprised later.

The Thirty Days.

Here's the honest version: the clock starts the day your numbers land in my inbox — not the day you pay. And I'd rather give you a month and hit it than promise you two weeks and be chasing your bookkeeper on day nine. Most builds finish early. None of them finish rushed.

Week 1 · Numbers In

One call, then you send the file

Sixty minutes on video. I walk your operation — divisions, trucks, crews, how you bid today, what you're paying. You send the documents on the list below. That's the whole ask on your end, and it's the only week where I'm waiting on you.

Week 2 · The Build

I do the math

Burden rate, day rate, package ladder, equipment registry, cost book, crews and quotas — built into your account, per division. This part happens without you. You keep working. If your books need untangling first, this is the week it happens.

Week 3 · The Walkthrough

I show you every number and where it came from

Line by line, on screen. Why your day rate is what it is. Why that package prices where it prices. You push back and we adjust it live — this is the call that turns it into your price book instead of mine. Then you sit with it a few days and come back with what's still bothering you.

Week 4 · The Field

Techs trained, scorecards on, system live

Live training session with your crew on the SDM and time-slot bidding. Scorecard cadence set. CRM mapping switched on. Your techs quote their next job out of the system — with you watching the first few come through.

Next Pay Period · Included

We close your first period together

Whenever your period ends, we run it side by side. The build isn't finished until you've paid a crew off it once and every dollar made sense.

What You Send Me.

Nothing you don't already have. If the books are messy, send them messy — sorting that out is part of what you're paying for.

P&L — last full year, plus year-to-date
Payroll register — what each tech actually costs
Tech & crew roster — who runs a truck, who rides along
Equipment list — what you own and what it cost
Current price list — however rough it is
A recent sales report — export from your CRM

Two Ways In.

Same software either way. The only question is who does the math.

A pricing consultant builds a trades price book for five figures and hands you a spreadsheet. This is $1,500 and it's a running system when you get it — because I'm not billing you for the eighteen years it took me to figure it out. I'm billing you for the thirty days it takes to put it under your company.

Straight Answers.

Can't I just do this myself?

Yes — and plenty of guys should. The method is on this site for free, the trial is 30 days, and the tools do the arithmetic. The build is for the owner who knows he won't sit down and finish it, or who wants it right the first time because he's about to hire.

My books are a mess. Does that kill it?

No — it's normal, and it's usually the most valuable part. Miscoded equipment purchases, subcontractor pay in the wrong account, payroll split against the tax line. I find those in the build and tell you what to fix, because a burden rate off bad books is a burden rate you can't trust.

I don't have ServiceTitan. Can I still do it?

Yes — and right now it makes no difference either way. Every client runs off a sales report they export and upload, no matter what they bid on: hourly, time-and-material, lump sum, or flat rate. The direct ServiceTitan connection is built and in pilot onboarding with them; Housecall Pro and Jobber come after. When your platform's connection goes live, the upload step disappears and nothing else changes.

I run more than one division. Is that extra?

Up to three divisions are included — each gets its own burden rate, day rate, package ladder and equipment registry, because a hardscape crew and a service truck don't cost the same to run. More than three, we'll talk on the call.

When does the $150 start?

Your 30 days free start the day the system goes live — not the day you sign up. The build window doesn't burn your trial. You'll have run a full month on your own numbers before a subscription dollar moves.

What if I don't agree with the numbers you come back with?

That's what the walkthrough call is for. I show you the math behind every rate and every package, and we change what you want changed while you watch. You're not signing off on a black box.

How many of these do you take at once?

A few at a time. I build every one personally — there's no onboarding department here — so the calendar is the limit.

Start with a conversation

Bring Your Numbers. I'll Tell You What They Say.

Sixty minutes on video, no charge. We'll look at what a tech-day is really costing you right now. If the build makes sense after that, we'll start the clock. If it doesn't, you'll still leave the call knowing your floor.
