💬
The Customer Always Sees One Fixed Price
Core Rule — Never Broken
The customer never sees a multiplier, a package count, or any calculation. They see one fixed labor price for the scope of work. The tech does all the math internally during the size-up — the estimate presents a single dollar amount. This keeps the fixed rate philosophy clean, professional, and non-negotiable.
🚐
Pack C & D — Two-Van Advantage
Pack C and D jobs dispatch two techs in two separate vans. Because each tech operates independently and is compensated on a fixed rate commission, they are motivated to complete the job efficiently. When the job is done early, each tech can break away to additional labor packages or property visits for the remainder of the day. The fixed rate philosophy rewards hustle — faster completion = more jobs = more commission. The company benefits too.
